This is a more contemplative traditional Anglican service. The minister wears robes, we use the Anglican prayer book, and always celebrate the Lord’s Supper. The service lasts around an hour or so.
Prior to Covid we were enjoying morning tea after the service on the 2nd Sunday of most months - we hope to return to this when we can.
Our family 9.30 A.M. service is an informal relatable gathering for all ages with a particular welcome and focus on children, youth and families - with some great new Christian songs as well as a classic or two.
Please be comfortable with a bit of childish noise - babies, toddler, children and youth are especially welcome! Off the main church is a small 'toddler/crying room' with toys which parents are welcome to use at any time. We begin with everyone together, and later on in our gathering there is a children’s program for children aged 3 and up (in term time). In the holidays we provide children’s activity packs.
Prior to Covid - after each service we were enjoying morning tea together in the church hall - we hope to return to this when we can.
